Ets Haim - Livraria Montezinos is a private scholarly library. Access to the library and its holdings is in principle available to all interested parties. Nonetheless several restrictions are in place due to the special nature of the library.

Ets Haim is temporary closed for visitors from otctober 19th untill December 8th 2009.

During the period of accommodation of the Ets Haim library at the VU, it is possible to make use of the Ets Haim collection under the same terms as those of the Special Collections department of the VU. Visitors should report at the Front Office of the reading-room of the Special Collections department. The opening-hours of the reading-room of the Special Collections department are Monday to Friday from 8.30 until 17.00.
