Why am I always surprised when it’s time for new tires? I guess that comes with getting older when it seems like time flies…because I’m having fun. Ahem.
Because I am a bit of a techie, I have been all over the internet in search of the best tires for my car. I like tires that really stick to the road, but I also want them to last. I got one thing that I wasn’t expecting, great service and a good shop that can do just about any repair I need on my car. I had a noise I wanted to have checked out by the guys in the shop. They started checking around and found the culprit right away. The bolts were coming out of my starter. They tightened it up an I was ready to go. No charge. I never expect a shop to do something for me for free, so it is a good time when you get service like that. I have some high mileage cars, I need people I can rely on to recognize problems before they become major problems. This saves me money in the long run. Leaks and noises can quickly become major problems if not repaired quickly.
